The SDG-2X is an Electric, heavy-duty hydraulic roll grooving machine primarily used in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection industries. Designed to cold-form uniform grooves onto pipe ends, it enables quick, secure joint connections with grooved couplings without needing welding or threading.

The working principle is that the rotating concave hydraulic pressure wheel drives the pipe to rotate, and the convex pressure wheel slowly pressurizes the pipe under the action of the oil cylinder, thereby forming the required grooves for use during installation.
